Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your trek booking, with the remainder due before or on the day of departure. Specific payment details will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable permit costs. Cancellations within 14-30 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations initiated by the guide will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

Safety & Responsibility

Your safety is my top priority. I reserve the right to alter or cancel any trek itinerary due to weather, trail conditions, or health concerns. Travel insurance covering emergency helicopter evacuation is strongly recommended and effectively essential.

Liability

Trekking and motorbike touring in the Himalayas involve inherent risks. By booking a trek, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Trek with Rohit is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except in cases of proven negligence.
